Concern About Pizza Quality – Mall @ R55 Branch (17 May 2025)

Dear Debonairs Customer Service

I am writing to formally raise a serious concern regarding the quality of the pizza we received from your Mall @ R55 branch on 17 May 2025 at approximately 15:54. We ordered a Triple Decker pizza, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing and concerning: • One of the toppings or ingredients had an off, spoiled taste, making the pizza inedible. • The bottom layer of the pizza seemed old, as if it had been frozen and then reheated. • The pizza was noticeably burnt. • Most alarming, the chicken between the layers appeared rotten, which posed a serious food safety risk. This completely ruined our meal, and we were unable to finish it. The quality was far below what I expected from a reputable brand like Debonairs. More importantly, the presence of potentially spoiled meat raises significant health and safety concerns that must be urgently addressed. I do have photos to support my claim and demonstrate the condition of the pizza we received. I respectfully request the following: 1. A thorough investigation into this matter and the handling practices at the Mall @ R55 branch. 2. An explanation of what measures will be implemented to prevent this from happening again. 3. Information on any compensation or remedial action your team will offer in response to this experience. As a loyal customer, I am deeply disappointed and hope that Debonairs takes this complaint seriously to ensure other customers are not subjected to the same issue. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.
