Complaint Regarding Poor Quality Meal – Order #***

Dear Debonairs Team,

I have been a loyal customer of Debonairs for many years and have always enjoyed your food. However, I was extremely disappointed with the meal I received on 30 March 2025 under Order #***.

The food was cold, dry, and lacked chicken—I had to dig through my pizza just to find any! It was nothing like the quality I have come to expect from Debonairs. Given the price I paid (R226.80), I expected a fresh, well-prepared meal.

To make matters worse, this was delivered to my address (19 Radiant Heights, East Road, Grassy Park, Cape Town) without the care and quality I trust your brand for.

I would appreciate a response and a resolution to this matter. I hope this experience does not happen again, as I have always valued Debonairs for its consistency and great service.
