Complaint re quality and bsd service

As sent via messenger to debonairs pizza official page after I complained at the store I bought the pizzas from on 28 November 2017:

Today I ordered the On the Triple deal and was very dissapointed in the quality pizzas that I received from the Tygervalley Branch.Although the service was speedy.

They really did not do the name Debonairs and what it stands for any justice.It was a total embarrasment having to serve my trainees with this standard of pizzas which hardly had any topics on,cheese used so sparingly that you can actually see the pizza base and no experience to enjoy the taste.Total waiste of money.Good deal does not mean you have to drop your standard.

Was it not for the fact that they already helped themselves to slices I wouldve sent it right back to the branch.

Please see pics attached.Would appreciate response to my complaint as I phoned the Branch manager who couldnt even provide me with an email address where I could send my complaint,but rather gave me a cellphone number where I could send my complaint via whatsapp.

Up till today I have not received any call,other than customer service assiring me thst they will have the branch contact me.Till today I have not heard from anyone.

Getting a product that is not of the best quality is one thing but when it is accompanied with bad customer service,its tells me alot about how they value their customers.
