Complaint on service delivery

Hello I am Ivan and not one to complain but sky city Debonairs order and collection system is not up to standard....I did made an order 16th of September 13h46 order number #***6 and its 16h45 I still haven't recived my order so I am waiting for 10 additional mins that Oscar a customer service consultant said I should wait for very unprofessional,This is the second time this is happening the last time they didn't even bother following up on the order same place sky city Debonairs
