Complaint not resolved - case number 172496

December i recieved my pizza almost 2 hours after ordering it.<br> The owner Russ called me to say how sorry he was and he would resolve the issue and load a R200 voucher on his system for me as a good gesture.<br> I have now tried to claim this \voucher\" and been laughed at from his staff . When i called , the lady said she would call Russ and ask and call me back, i am still waiting this is about 4 -5 weeks later.<br> <br> I am flabergast at the terrible service with the delivery and then literally being laughed at over the phone when asking if there was a \"voucher\" loaded for me, and then also the empty promises from the owner.<br> <br> I was willing to give Debonairs a chance as i really like their pizza, but im over it now.<br> <br> There are many Pizza places in Boksburg."
