Complaint/ no feedback

I wrote awhile back here on a VOUCHER I won on twitter wirh debonairs for the Awesome Foursome special at R199. They claimed I used the voucher when it was invalid. Upon the precious review here, a guy called me the next day and asked me all the details and that he would look into it and get back to me within 3 working days. Its now alnosr 2 weeks no call and resolution to whar wenr wrong with the voucher. They avoiding me like the plague. Refusing to give me info. Very unprofessional company.
