complaint handled badly

last Thursday my colleague and I bought a triple deck pizza with extra double cheese which we had to pay R30 for and when the pizza got here there was no cheese. we immediately called the store to complain about this and were told the manager will call us but she called after hours and hungry as we were we had to eat the pizza. when the manager called (Jay Pillay) she said if we had eaten the pizza she cant do anything. now firstly if clients call to complain why would one take hours to call back? this is food not shoes/clothes so cant be stored forever. secondly she didn't even sound remorseful or anything and didn't even offer any options (refund for our cheese or anything). This is very bad and it seems the store is just *****ing client's money by offering them something they know very well they cant deliver and im so ****ed. its not about the money but the principle. you cant offer people something and not deliver and when you fail to deliver and not give back their money. that is THEFT. our slip was invoice 645011.
