Complaint

So I have placed an order online for debonairs boulders only to get a call saying I need to pay R25.00 delivery because they do deliver to my area bearing in mind I'm in midrand and the store is in midrand but they dont deliver to my area without a delivery charge of R25 bucks I then offered to cancel and order through Uber eats at a delivery charge of R9 and was told my refund will take 3 days and how much am I willing to pay for my food I paid for my food and as per advertising delivery is free the service is appalling to be honest . I wouldn't be surprised if the driver spat on my food because I refused to pay a R25 delivery charge on the phone i ended up just giving it to him but honestly its appalling that i am forced to pay a delivery charge for food within my area and worse R25 bucks its ridiculous.I would understand if it was a whole different area like midrand and centurion but **** I am in the same area not even 10 min drive now I need to pay a delivery charge or tip or what ever for someone to do their job which is the most basic of things deliver food that's it.
