Complaint

I placed my order at 16:02 nobody called me regarding the delay of an order I waited 4 2hrs the I had to request an Uber to go get my order at Sam Ntuli only to find out that my order is till in store when for my delivery fee&tip they refuse to give and when I ask why they didn't call me to update me with my order no response so please refund me my delivery fee&tip and just know that you lost a customer Order no:***6
