COMPLAINT

Me and my husband placed our order with Debonairs Zevenwacht at 17:35pm last night (6/5/2020) and was told, the order will be finished and delivered within an 1 hour & a half. We patiently waited as time drew closer to 19:00pm still no delivery or sms as per usual. We tried phoning with out a doubt answering machine and it's pass their business hours. This morning I tried 4 times phoning them, if the call doesn't get dropped the person answering the phone transfers me to the manager yet the call never goes through and drops. Eventually when I did speak to a manager I was told she can't assist me cause she only assist with orders after I told the person my query is regarding a complaint. The manager then assisted taking my order details numbers and will have the CORRECT manager phone me in 10minutes or less (time at that point 11:43). Here I'm still waiting almost 2 hours later. PATHETIC SERVICE FROM DEBONAIRS ZEVENWACHT PEOPLE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME TO ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!!!
