Complaint!!!
Hi,
I would like to explain the horrible and disgusting customer service that I have received from Deboniors IN Newlands West Durban.
Yesterday on the 30/08/2019 I attempted to place an order online which I failed dismally to do so I decided to call in. But to my surprise I was informed that I can not request any pizza that has meat as they are about to close and can not make it.
I swallowed that statement then today I decided since I promised my kids pizza let me try and order early. I placed my order, all good and well. The time was 18:05 I specifically asked the wait time and I was informed 30-45 minutes But my order only arrived at 20:16.
So I was informed that I can not get what I wanted as a customer then the next day I had to was 2 HOURS for an order. I am astonished with the apolling! Would not advise any of my friends or family to undergo this kind of service.
