Complaint against Debonairs Willows Bloemfontein ..Failed Service

I ordered Pizza from debonair willows bloemfontein yesterda at 19:11 which as not delivered and worse part is that they didn't call me to tell me what the problem was . I tried calling them since yesterday which I couldn't go through because they closed their shop at 21:30 . Calld again today at 16:00 where the manager told me that thy were busy dealing with customers she will call me back later . She didn't until I called the headoffices and they opened a case. The manager was rude and she came with all the excuses that she could come up with. With all thr said i had to call the head office for her to get the wake up call after I spoke to the head offices .
