Complaint about the quality of Pizza

I ordered Pizza from Debonairs Pizza in Philip Nel Park on Tuesday night at 18:51 .

I waited for almost 3 hours to get my order but that is the least of my worries, see attached pictures. The Pizza was not only dry but almost had no fillings inside, on some pieces there was only one piece of ham, the taste of the crust was that of a burned one, which is what prompted me to check it out. I must say, I am very disappointed with the quality of that food I bought on that day.

One cannot complain on Debonair's website because your query will not go through, I was given an email address by their customer care to send my complaint to but that does not work as well, undelivered message came through because their inbox is full.
