Complaint about Debonairs Pizza

I would like to lay a complaint on the service I got from Debonairs Pizza, Setsing Crescent Mall. I made an online order around about 15:00 and they called around 16:57pm telling me that they were out of stock of the ingredients of the pizza I ordered . I had to order something else,so I did. Then I waited for my new order. Around about 6:00pm I had to call again to ask for my delivery. I'm really not satisfied with how I was treated, baring in mind there was load shedding I couldn't cook nd I was very hungry. The service I got was just too bad.
