Complaint

I'm very disappointed about the poor service I received yesterday (02/07/2023) at debonairs pizza kabokweni plaza I ordered 2 large pizza 15h30 I did a follow up 17h00 they told me the delivery guy is on the way ,,18h30 I cancel my order cause my wife decided to cook because the pizza didn't arrived the delivery guy arrived 18h55 so its been 3 hours 25 minutes since we placed the order,,so that's a very bad service and we not even that far from debonairs we about 7km away...
