Complaint.

I would like to complain about the order i made online for delivery at olievenhout. I made the order around 6 waited for 1 hour which is understandable then the driver delivers incomplete order i called the store then i was told that the pizza is on its way i waited another 1 hour, how frustrating. I even called many times doing follow ups until i said i don't want the order anymore that's when the supervisor takes over i mean is this how clients are treated? Is it because we are in a township and client's satisfaction is not a priority? I told them i want a refund i was told its a long process ofwhich when i paid it wasn't the long process. I want my money back. I was not satisfied with the services i received ofwhich it was not for the first time but this time its too much. 8/10 will agree with me that debonairs in townships gives us poor service.
