COMPLAINT

We ordered pizza at about 16:25 online, and here we are at sitting idle still waiting for our pizza. Its 19:25, we've called more than twice to confim our order and to ask when its going to be delivered - the lady that answered simply said we must come fetch it ourselves because our calls couldn't go through. How is it that our calls go through yet theirs can't? Its not the first time ordering online mind you - Debonair at Cresent/Setsing mall has poor service... I give it a big fat zero because she also plain right dropped the call on us!! OUT RIGHT RUDE!! Utterly dissatisfied/disappointed
