Complaint.

I am writing today about the poor online service experience I had at Debonairs Pizza Westgate Mall on 2021/10/27, I am very disappointed with Debonairs Pizza Westgate Mall and the call centre service upon me calling multiples times, When my order was process and exactly 2 HOURS later yet NO feedback or advise was given up till today nothing. It is appalling to me to experience such a nature coming from Debonairs Pizza.
