Complaint

I ordered a pizza on the app, I inserted my address and the app gave stores that are close to my address, after I have paid the pizza I got a message that I ordered the pizza in east London and I live in Boksgburg Gauteng, I have never been in east London, I called the store to cancel my order, I was promised a refund in 48 hours, the 48 hours passed, I called customer care service, they promised me that I will get a refund, because there is something wrong with their app, a week passed I sent an email to their customer care page nothing happened no response, I called and spoke to Emily she also promised that I will get my refund it's been full 2 weeks now no one responded to my complaint.

I will advise people in South Africa not to use that Debonairs app, just imagine you have kids waiting for the pizza, and their service is disgasting because they showing don't care attitude.
