Complaint

I reported to Debonairs Pizza page, on their inbox on the 9th of August 2023. They asked me for a slip/receipt and the photo of the burnt pizza. My query was escalated after they received the above. I received a call from their branch in Bluedowns Cape Town. I missed their calls and contacted them back and after the second attempt I was referred to a manger called Patience. She asked for the photos and a receipt as I was previously asked by their page. She received the photos and kept quiet. I sent a reminder the following day but she didn’t bother to respond. I then sent a message again to their page for an update. Today is the 25th of August and no one bothered to attend to my complaint. Not even a message to say, we apologise but your complaint is not valid because of AB and C or we acknowledge your complaint. This is what we do when something like this happens or no your Pizza is not burnt enough you are just being dramatic.
