Complaint

I have placed an order on line and the system said I will receive my food at 19h03. the was no delivery and when i call the man/manager by the name of Lawrence said my phone was on voice mails and i still give him another number but no phone call. i called 4 times and he keeps on changing stories about my food. Eventually the system said food was delivered yet nothing received. When I called for the fifth time Lawrence was very very very rude when I was talking with him over the phone trying to track my pizza. He even throw a phone over my ears and telling me i should go and to customer service course to learn and speak with him. Its 1hr straight no pizza have been delivered. An I need my money back as soon as possible and he need to be removed from that shop. He has no manners at all.
