Complaint

<p>Last night we ordered pizza from debonairs long str kimberley I placed the order at 19h21 at 20h38 we called again to find out how long we are going to wait they told us theres a 2hr delay but the pizza will be come in 20min time 21h00 I phoned again there was no answer at 22h00 the driver phoned and told us hes here... when we got to him we asked why 3 hrs he was very rude and told us firstly we are very busy secondly you gave the wrong address but its not the first time we used thus adress and on the app you just click on the adress so I didnt change it. Im very unhappy especially at the way he talked to us. He really was rude I wasnt that hungry I would have taken the pizza and through it in his face. He just coulh have said sorry it took so long and then I would have understand. </p>
