What a ridiculous service I received
Today I ordered Pizza from debonairs,the service I received left me speechless,the consultant that received my call to start off with didn't even give have the patience to take my order she was just in a hurry to get rid of me ...
then after taking my order I was told that it would take 40 minutes for the order to get to me,to my surprise I received my order after a whole 1 hour ans 30 minutes,as if that wasn't enough when the delivery guy got to my place,he discovered that my drinks were not included in the order,he then told me he would be back in the next 15 minutes with my drinks,it took another 1 hour and 30 minutes for me get my drink
But just after I had received my order,I discovered my pizza was squashed because the delivery guy had plenty of orders to deal with and was working alone according to what he said.
With the high unemployment rate rate in the country,one would think that the few who are privileged to work would treasure their jobs,but that is not the case...
once again I am so disappointed ....what a ridiculous service
