Complaint.

We called debonaires to place an order for pizza.we were told the pizza would arrive in an hours time. We waited and then the SMS came through saying that our pizza arrived.however the delivery guy turned around and went back to the store as the area seemed dangerous. The store contacted me to explain why the driver turned back. Which I understood. We decided to meet the driver at the police area.when we got the pizza ,the pizza was dry and hardly had any filling on. We called the store to complain and the lady said they needed 50% of the pizza back to replace our pizza

We again had to drive to the police station where we waited nearly 20 minutes to exchange our pizza.

No refunds were made and the second pizza wasn't really much different from the first one.
