Complaint

Im very very disappointed with the service at debonairs in new Germany. I called and placed an order for a meat that was supposed to come with cool drink. To my surprise when I go to the shop to pick up my order I am told to come back tomorrow for the drink but yet paid for a complete meal. And the staff has the nerve to tell me this after she made me pay . She saw me standing there waiting for her to give the drink after she gave me the pizza and only then she tells me that they ran out of the 1,5L drinks so I must come back tomorrow. For this I want to lay a complaint and I want action done about this. I wonder how many other people were ****** like this.
