My name is Vanessa, cell number *** Twitter handle: @03vees Very bad service. I had won a VOUCHER on twitter with debonairs on 10 August 2021 / voucher expires on 2021-10-18. and when I entered it on my debonairs app it states invalid. I messaged them on the competition site as well as on twitter. Take their time to respond, they mentioned I used the voucher at Durban North debonairs of which particular area I am not from. When I told them I havent used it and can they send me the order number for the pizza. They have not responded up until now, its almost 4 weeks.No feedback. I even called their call center. Spoke to a female Thandeka she mentioned the voucher was not claimed but would escalate the query and get back to me. A guy thereafter called and said he will be taking over the matter and assist me. They never did.. i have the emails I sent and every message sent to them on twitter. I need to know when the voucher was used, the order number and the cell number used upon collection for that R199 Awesome Foursome voucher at Durban North Debonairs as they have mentioned it was used at. Why aren't they giving me proof? I want answers. It is not acceptable to mention I used the voucher when I havent.They must give me feedback. I will not waste more airtime trying to call and they tell me the same lie. They investigating. It does not take almost 4 weeks for a query to be resolved. Very disappointed with debonairs.hellopeter it's now only through your site I know they will give me the feedback I have been awaiting.

Where is the order number for this confirmation? Give me proof.
