COMPLAINT

I would like to file a complaint against Debonairs Shop14 Cavalier shopping mall , Robert Sobukwe,Rd Parow

Last night Thursday 29/9/2022 myself and my husband went to buy a pizza , so we order pay and the cashier said 15- 20minutes, ok fine no problem. But while waiting we noticed that people that came after us are all served and gone, husband got up give the slip to cashier and went to the back , came again and told him they busy cutting the pizza , after a few minutes he ask How long does it take to cut a pizza then she said the manager will come speak to him now.

He came saying they just busy opening another can of pine apple there was not enough , we ordered extra pine apple, then my husband said but must you not have enough out for the day for your orders, the manager did not answer because only to fine out that the pizza was not even made yet, my husband said you know just leave everything and give our money back then the manager got rude, i told him its fine be rude i will report you

I call that very very POOR service.

Can we please get help on this matter Thank you
