as below i sent this email to debonairs, i received a call that Saturday the 11/10/2019 @ 09:10 from *** since that call the lady advised someone will call me back in 24 hours, no one has called me AT ALL. Then today at 13:48 that they tried calling and the query will be closed. i do not understand the service im getting because once again i did not get a call. The person trying to call is probably trying to pass the buck or lazy to speak to me because i always have my phone with me. This is unexecptable.

I logged a complaint two weeks ago and did not receive any response. Yesterday 2019-10-07 I received an SMS stating that they tried calling me and my complaint will be closed if they do not get hold of me in the next 24 hours.

Number 1: I did not even receive a call from no one as I do not miss my calls or reject them Number 2: the only form of communication I received was this SMS yesterday, and today no one tried calling me as per what the SMS said.

Please can I get feedback because I’m not happy.
