Complaining

I placed an order before 7pm debonairs pizza Florida & waited for 2hours, after that 2hours i received a call from the driver telling me the story about the 1st driver asking me where i am, I give the direction and the driver told he's not gonna be able deliver my pizza is late i must phone the branch and talk to the manager not even the manager phone to apologize or explain why is the driver not gonna be able to deliver my pizza of which i already paid for.
