Complaining about the service

Had bad service from the cashier yooh that debonairs doesnt have good customer service, they are slow on preparing order, rude at the till point, busy times no backup cashiers, the people working at the back always at the front chatting with their friends, they dont wear name tags, also not ringing up other transactions i dont know how do they know the transaction number yooh ive seen it all and its really boring, that staff needs to be train on how to treat customers.
