Complain

I've decided to get my family pizza for the evening. Getting to Debonairs Croydon at 18h20. After standing outside in the queue because of social distance... I've finally getting inside at the till 7h00 then the cashier told me they are closed. The don't have basis anymore, they are short in staff, excuses excuses. I've called the manager. He tell me the same story. Steers manager came to me, told me they close but I can order, but I'll wait 2,5 to 3 hours or I must go to steers for food. I feel this was unacceptable. No one told me they are closed while I was at the door. Waiting till I get at the till now they tell me all this excuses.
