Complain

Hi

I need help, On the 22nd of December 2022 I went to one of Debonair stores to buy myself a pizza. I ordered the pizza paid for it and waited for it but when the gave me the pizza it was not the one I needed / Ordered and I Tried to exchange it to the one I wanted but the cashier on duty that day did not want to so I went online looked for their customer care line and I called them regarding the matter that was happening that day and they said I should email and complain to them, and I did exactly that. from that day until now I have been calling them about the case and they have been stringing me along and saying they will resolve my case but they never did hence i am calling for help.

My money is still with them and i never did get the pizza that I bought from them.
