Complain

Good day

This took some time, but only because I hoped Debonairs would review the situation and respond appropriately, which didn't happen to date.

It was on the 11th of June. I order from Debonairs from Pretoria Arcadia, via Uber eats .. (Kindly see attached) after I order I waited for the delivery but nothing came. Normally when these Uber guys deliver they call your cell to alert you that your order has arrived. But I received no calls, no messages , no nothing. So I called Debonairs, (please see screenshot) I gave them my order number and I asked what's the delay, the lady that answered me, then said, the delivery was delivered already, when I asked to Who ? she said, to the address given and the delivery guy gave it to someone on the streets. I asked this lady to give me the name and number of this Uber guy that was doing the delivery, She even refused to do that and said that he followed all procedures, which is a load of ugly poo. This is unacceptable. I then called Uber eats (please see attached screenshot) and they put me on hold and then ended the call. I called again and eventually they said, there is nothing they can do. What service is this that don't take responsibility for their business ? My card was charged but no food was delivered. This is so sickening, that theft is right at your door. Uber eats is very irresponsible and not trustworthy. They are ******* that take your orders and probably eat it. Debonairs nor Uber eats refund me. I will never again order from Uber eats. And will definitely not recommend it to others. I will post this on Facebook and tiktok, people have to be aware of this, so this won't happen to anyone else. I don't want an apology, I want my money back.
