Complain about incomplete order

Bought pizza sunday when the deliver my order cold drink was not there called the shop the say the will tell the driver to drop it cause the see it waited for 40 minutes called the shop the transfer me to help desk they called the manager who promise it will be delivered but till today the manager never resolved my problem
