Complain

Good Day, Lets just say I am not happy with the service . I ordered pizza online and Debonnaires The crossing (Mafikeng) Shop received my order at 01:31 and I have not received my order even now and it is 04:20 . The store has not called me for delays and I called them myself over three times, only to be told that there are no orders in the shop, all orders are on their way. And they are going to check for me who the driver is, because they are not sure which driver took my order. They just called me back at 04:00 after I called for the fourth time, to tell me that the driver that was supposed to deliver did not have the phone and returned with the pizza back to the store, and they are preparing another pizza to bring to me. I have not had lunch as a result, and I already paid for my pizza online. I am very disappointed because I am a very loyal customer and I always recommend the shop.
