Complain

Good evening I'm super disappointed by the service given by debonairs at kingsway Maseru....from the owner/ manager to the cashier...I ordered 1lrg P chicken cram deck special at 18:22 which comes with a 1.5 Litre and I was told they have been running the special without coke for the past week and so I asked to talk to the manager which happens to be the owner and he agreed on giving me 1litre coke as 1.5 were out of stock for the past week and later at 19:07 when I got my order I then asked for the coke which the make sure they embarrassed me and make me feel out of the place with my money and I asked for a refund and thanked them for wasting my time with my son who I had to run around looking for pizza as it was all he wanted...I was assisted by Moutela ,Maleseleba Nd my invoice number was ***....
