Cold yukkie pizza shame

Hi, I decided to order pizza for the family waited for my pizza for a while which is expected as this Covid-19 they are short staffed. I did not expect to get cold pizza when it was made from the oven when it was my turn for delivery. It was dropped off cold ny kids were so hungry they just jumped in and starting eating myself and wife looked at each other and it was like eating cardboard so cold unappetizing.

So I called in to voice my complaint and all I get told was that the owner will be notified and this will be looked in. I mean wow I work in the service industry too I would offer a replacement or try and WOW the customer over as we struggling in this failing economy. I mean the owner could not care less as they more interested in getting revenue than TFC principles with is so sad. I would never treat customers in this fashion for such a big company its rather disappointing.
