Cold Pizza, unresponsive on social media

<p>On Friday 3 March, I placed an order with Debonairs Secunda for delivery at my residence. The order was placed and acknowledged at 20:46. The delivery arrived at 21:30. After paying the delivery guy, closing my gate and walking to my front door which takes about 3minutes. In that space the food must have miraculously coold down to dead cold or my food was already cold at time of delivery, the dots were black for 3 orders. I have photos of the balck dots that were taken 5 minutes after delivery.</p> <p> </p> <p>No acknowledgement of my complaint has been made on their twitter account after multiple tweets. I firmly do believe because I ordered just before closing time they clearly couldn't give two ****s about the order. Totally unacceptable and even worse not to acknowledge my complaint on social media.</p> <p> </p> <p>I doubt I will ever order from them ever again as my money and business is clearly more valued elsewhere.</p>
