Cold pizza that is burned.

Called in at debonairs and ordered my pizza at 6:25 pm and it was o ly delivered at 7:40pm,and the pizza was cold burned out around it and it was so oily could not even eat it, and when I called them to complain about the pizza was advised to call the dube store directly and to my surprise no one picked up, even went to the web site and complained on live chat and was advised will receive feed back within a day, till today I still have not received a call had to called them again, guess what the manager will call you vback, Jah right in my dreams as till now 5:10pm no one has called me... Wow what a service..
