Cold pizza,late delivery, pizza topping problem

I ordered pizza at Debonair yesterday evening at 17: 50 pm I only received my pizza at 19:10 pm. It was cold AGAIN! when I opened the pizza box half of my pizza toppings were stuck on top off the pizza box.Hence some of my pizza didn't have toppings. This is not the first time I have complained about the this Debonairs pizza for late delivery and cold pizza. <br> <br> I live less that 5min drive from this Debonairs. I am disgusted by their service it seems like there's no improvements. The last time I complained the manager told me when they busy it takes a long time to deliver. So why did the lady who took my order say pizza will be delivered in 45 min, I could have ordered Nando's they also busy but they deliver and they food is never cold!!. Management should tell their staff to be honest/ professional and efficient. He should hire more staff and stop, saving at the customers expense. I have had enough with this Debonairs and their disgusting service. This is terrible service!!!!<br>
