Cold pizza delivered late
We ordered a large margerita pizza and two petite subs from Debonairs Lenasia South. The order was placed at 18:42pm. Our home is 5 minutes away from Debonairs. Yet, the order was delivered at 20:00pm. The label already reflected black, but we paid for the order. When we called the manager, she took the whole incident as a joke. Is that the customer service of Debonairs??? Absolutely pathetic!
