Cold pizza

I ordered the Debonairs special for R199 and I had 2 issues with the pizza....firstly I requested for onions to be removed,even on the receipt it says no onion, but there are onions in my pizza...secondly the pizza was cold even the dot was black...it’s a pity that I had already paid for it on your website otherwise I wouldn’t have paid for it when it was delivered....seeing that your policy says if the dot is black it’s free,shouldn’t I get a refund??
