Cold Pizza, colder attitude

Absolutely disgusted by the behaviour of the staff of lenasia south debonairs on friday. After ordering on the app, 5 minutes later the delivery guy is at my gate with a warm pizza. It's the wrong pizza, meant for my neighbor. After waiting an hour I phone them, the lady says she will convey the message, half an hour later I try phoning them, no answer, load shedding starts, wife and daughter is hungry, still can't get a hold of them, phone fish a ways, they answer and say they will call me back, I then give my daughter butter bread and put her to bed, 2 hours after I place the order the delivery guy shows up, I feel the pizza box, it's cold, I tell him if it's not red it's free, he argues with me telling me that's nothing, I then tell him to leave and get his manager to phone me since I've wasted enough airtime. I go inside and phone the manager on fish aways line, manager comes on, rude as can be, I explain to him the pizza is not warm, he tells me he knows what his talking about and that can never be. I don't want to argue as I am hungry so I ask him what must I do, he tells me give the driver the food. What about the 2 hours I just wasted to get cold pizza and all my airtime, he doesn't care. A car pulls up at my gate, I decide to go smoke, after half an hour, the car starts hooting like the driver is bored with his life, it happens 3 times before my wife says just go give them the pizza the kids are asleep. I go outside asking if this is their mothers house, my kinda are sleeping, the guy from the car jumps out telling me my street is dangerous and i should have told the driver to leave or wait, I try explaining that I did, he doesn't care, telling me the pizza sticker has terms and conditions, I ask him where, he points at the sticker grabbing the box's then grabs my hand and tries to pull the box, I swear him, he tells me my mother's p#$$(really what did my mother do to him) we continue swearing each other while I walk back to the house, he tells me I want free pizza, i tell him he should take it and shove it. I go inside, he drives off. We are still hungry, load shedding so we can't make anything, we decide to go to bed as wifey has to wake up early the next day for work. My question to the manager was if the sticker causes the driver to take out the money from his pocket and they have an issue with it, why not tell management, they tell head office and have it s****ped??? Its save to say I will never order from there again and spread the word of how I was treated
