Cold pizza

I placed an order at 13:53 PM. I called the contact centre order line at 14:52 PM and I was told the matter was being escalated and I will receive a call shortly after they find out where the driver is. I called again at 15:08 PM and I was told that I would receive a call as soon as I hung. Then I called your contact centre at 15:20 only to be told they are going to call eldorado park debonairs to find out what the matter. The driver called and at 15:25 to say he would be here shortly. I received my pizza at 15:48 ice cold yet I failed the full price.
