Cold Pizza and Late Delivery without resolution
Due to us getting home late we contacted fast food retailers in area to find out who can bring us food the fastest as out kids are nearing bed time. When speaking to Debonairs Port Shepstone( at 1815), Nancy Zilungile (cashier) advised us we would get the pizza by 1845. We thought that is good and proceeded to order.<br> <br> The Pizza finally arrived at 1915 and was ice cold and the \Hot or Not Dot"was pitch black. When calling the branch I was transferred to the Manageress who apologised and said they will send us new warm pizza and collect the cold ones. I asked how long would that take"
