Cold pizza and empty promises from Debonairs kwamhlanga crossing.

I ordered a pizza for delivery at Debonairs kwamhlanga crossing, they delivered an hour and few minutes later after they said the delivery takes 35 to 40 minutes, the driver got to my house with a dead speed point and asked me to charge it for him. After a few minutes of charging it I paid and he left only for me to realize that this pizza was not the creamy chicken triple decker that I ordered. I called and informed them and they said the driver would call and come back. He did not. I called them again to let them know that I didn't get a call from them again and I had to feed my family a cold pizza that was even the wrong 1 and they promised to look into it and call me but to my disappointment they never got back to me. What exactly are you all doing there at Debonairs?
