Cold Pizza and a Rude delivery guy

I ordered pizza online at debonairs thornthree plaza in soshanguve,normally it takes an hour for the order to be delivered. However today I received the order later than it normally would take and it was COLD The driver sent out with my pizza took very long to deliver because he says that I provided a wrong address and I shouldn't have used it. Even on his way here he called and was asking me for the correct address and I confirmed it to him he got frustrated and told me to stand outside which I did and he still didn't show up. After a while i called to give him the directions he was not willing to listen until I decided to go back inside the house. So driver finally found his way and when he got to the gate he kept quite when I greeted him and gave me attitude when I told him the address used was the correct one he told me that I didn't know what I was talking about and I didn't have proof I should keep quite. When I told him that I will report him he said he doesn't care people always send reports so I should go ahead. I am not happy at all with the service received today, first we as your customers understand that your franchise is very busy and give you that 1 hour without any complains, we continue to be loyal but if you're going to be sending such drivers then we might as well go to other places where we will get a decent service.
