Cold pizza

on the 23.11.2018 i ordered a Medium pizza @ Debonaires Maponya mall for R67.90 reference number : ********** , the driver took about 45 minutes to deliver the pizza and it was already cold , now as per your instructions on the box, if the pizza is cold and does not have a red dot i should consider that pizza free , the driver took the pizza back to the shop without my concern or any sort of agreement now i have to wait another 45 minutes for a simple pizza ... please assist in this regard.
