Cold pizza

Hi Yesterday I ordered a pizza online and selected the delivery option by order was placed at 18:22 and I only received it at 20:15 nearly two hours after I placed the order. When it got here on of my pizzas were cold and the delivery guy still wanted me to pay for it which I refused to do. When I took the pizza from him and he both pizzas were cold. I tried calling your uitenhage branch immediately and no one answered the telephone I also called them before the delivery guy got here and still no answer from them.. so pleasee explain to me what the use of an online order is when it arrives later and Ice.Cold aswell? I'm sure you guys want your customers to receive warm food and on time As well?
