Cold pizza

I ordered a Cram decker pizza on the 1st of April at 10:49 only to get my at 12:00and it was cold AF ,after so many other disappointments and me having to learn the hard way ....just the other day I found what appeared to be some white platicky things in my pizza I could only assume it was some brush of sorts !!!!!I tried to resolve the matter but they are too busy to want to resolve my matter .what a shame because I use to support this brand ...highly disappointed!!!
